About Our PGA Golf Professional

Kirk Stauffer has been the Head Golf Professional at PINE ACRES COUNTRY CLUB since April 1, 1985. Born in Bradford, Stauffer graduated from Bradford Area High School in 1979 .He received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1983 where he was a two year NCAA Division II Golf All-American.

A PGA Member since 1990, Stauffer has held his current position for the past 33 years. Among his accomplishments are 10 Western New York PGA Player of the Year Awards,  5 WNYPGA Section Championship Titles, 3 WNYPGA Match Play Championship titles, 5 Western New York PGA Senior Player of the Year Awards, 4 time Western New York PGA Senior Champion, 4 Western New York Open Awards, 4 time WNYPGA Tour Championship Winner, 3 time WNYPGA Section Professional Champion,  4 time WNYPGA Merchandiser of the Year, 2012 Horton Smith Award Winner,  and was named 2005 WNYPGA Golf Professional of the Year.  Kirk’s best finish nationally was in 2017 with a tied for 8th place in the PGA’s Senior Professional Championship.  Kirk also served on the WNYPGA Board of Directors for 12 years, serving as President in 2012-2013.   Kirk was inducted into the Western New York PGA Hall of Fame on October 26, 2015.

Stauffer lives in Bradford with his wife Teena and their son Joshua.
